Our values
Our values shape how we design, build, and communicate with precision and openness.
Simplicity
Technology should feel intuitive. We design every workflow to reduce friction, remove unnecessary steps, and help people capture and understand spaces without effort or training.
Accuracy
Technology should feel intuitive. We design every workflow to reduce friction, remove unnecessary steps, and help people capture and understand spaces without effort or training.
Transparency
Technology should feel intuitive. We design every workflow to reduce friction, remove unnecessary steps, and help people capture and understand spaces without effort or training.
Empathy
Technology should feel intuitive. We design every workflow to reduce friction, remove unnecessary steps, and help people capture and understand spaces without effort or training.
Our history
What started as a small idea within GEOSPACE became a mission to redefine how property data is captured and understood. We saw that measuring and documenting spaces was slow, inconsistent, and fragmented — so we built something better.
2021
Foundation
We start developing LiDAR-based tools to make spatial capture faster, simpler, and more reliable. Early prototypes prove that accurate room scans can be generated using only a phone.s.
2022
First breakthrough
The first internal app successfully converts a single-room scan into a clean, editable 2D floor plan. This becomes the core technology that later shapes WhiteDoor’s product direction.
2023
AI + AR upgrade
We integrate AI and AR to automate measurements, improve accuracy, and enable real-time model generation. Users can now edit layouts instantly and capture more complex spaces with minimal effort.
2024
Public launch
WhiteDoor is introduced as a full platform for professionals. Floor plans, models, and reports can be produced directly from an iPhone, making the workflow accessible to photographers, agents, and inspectors.
2025
Global expansion
WhiteDoor extends to new regions and expands support for multiple industries, measurement systems, and reporting standards. The platform becomes a universal tool for capturing and understanding real spaces.

A shift from pro hardware to everyday devices

Just a few years ago, property scanning required expensive equipment, specialized operators, and time-consuming workflows. The arrival of mobile LiDAR has completely changed that landscape. In 2025, an iPhone can collect room geometry with the precision that was once limited to industrial scanners — and users don’t need any technical expertise to get reliable results.

The biggest change is accessibility. What was previously a niche tool for surveyors and architects is now available to homeowners, agents, appraisers, and anyone who needs fast, accurate property data.
